The short version

NexusArcade tools run entirely in your browser. The business details, invoices, menus, catalogs and expenses you enter are saved on your own device using your browser's local storage. We do not have a server that receives or stores that information.

What stays on your device

Your business profile (name, address, GSTIN, phone, logo), invoice history, menus, catalogs and expense records. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching devices will remove or hide them. Use the export buttons to keep a backup.

Shared links

When you create a QR menu or WhatsApp catalog, its contents are packed into the link itself (after the # in the address). Anyone who has the link can see that menu or catalog. Don't put anything private in a menu or catalog.

Third parties

Our website is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard access logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. When you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave our site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor counting in future, we will update this page.
